PETER
Peter is a 2 year old, healthy male, very friendly and interactive, would do well in a family without small children (was abused in a former home with small children), loves his exercise time.

SUGARBERRY
Sugarberry is a very sweet and affectionate bunny. He loves to follow his fosterer around the room, and he will lie quietly in a lap to be petted. Sugarberry didn't always have such a nice life. When he was rescued as a stray on the night of July 2, he suffered from a horrible ear mite infestation. He was in severe pain and could hardly eat. In fact, he was extremely starved and anemic. He was brought to the Cornell University Hospital for Animals the next day and, for the following few days, it was really touch-and-go. The vets didn't know if he would make it. But Sugarberry is a fighter and he survived. He is now doing very well. Within two weeks, he had increased his weight by 15%. The ear mites were killed quickly by a treatment with Revolution and the skin started to heal rapidly. He was missing a lot of fur on the ears and neck, around his nose and mouth, and on his front legs. New fur is slowly growing in. This photo was taken on July 23, three weeks after rescue.
Sugarberry quickly learned to use the litter box and gets to roam free in his room because he is great about not chewing. Sugarberry has recently been neutered. He will do best in a home where he can get a lot of human attention, which is what he loves.

UKULELE
Ukulele wants to make sweet music with you! This 4.5 pound neutered male has the same handsome coloring as a wild hare. His chocolate eyes are enormous, like a Kewpie doll. He's got a sweet, mellow disposition and excellent litterbox manners. Ukulele is around 5 years old, and has been searching for a forever home since Spring 2004. This widower would be an excellent "husbun" for a lonely female bunny or the perfect pal for an attentive human. He adores snoozing in the sunshine, cuddling on the couch, and being pampered with special treats.
