CHARLIE AND ELIZABETH
Charlie (Chuck) and Elizabeth (Lizzy) hopped out of a cruel hoarder case and into the Dutchess County SPCA. From there, this sweet, small pair went into foster care and were later adopted into a new home, only to be returned when a new baby entered the picture. They are shy and gentle and wondering why they lost their home. Both have great potty box manners and appetites. Chuck has malocclusion and needs his teeth clipped about once per month (vets charge around $10 for this service) so he can munch those carrots he adores. Lizzy is his plump dumpling companion and could exercise on a bunny treadmill to lose a few ounces. They are searching for that special home that will truly last forever...can you offer it to them? If you or someone you know can provide this adorable couple with their forever home, please contact Davida.   Please be sure you have sent our adoption application to Davida before contacting us.

MILO & OTIS
Milo and Otis are 2 neutered bunnies waiting for a loving home. Otis is a short haired uppy eared rabbit. He is white with brown spots. Otis is blind in one eye. Otis was evaluated by a veterinary ophthalmologist and it is an old injury that requires no treatment at this time. Otis is not in any pain from this injury and is able to live a happy and full life without sight in his left eye. Not sure what breed. Milo is a brown mini Rex. They are around 2 years old have a lot of energy and spunk. They don't really like to stay still to be petted, but they will come up and investigate you. The like to run around the room, exploring and doing binkies. Their favorite treats are papaya, banana, apple and graham crackers. They are pretty friendly and will let you hold them for short periods of time and they will also let you cut their nails pretty easily as well. They come running for their salads and treats and they love to eat. They are a bonded pair and it is preferred they stay together. They were found at a garage sale, on the front lawn in a small cage too small for them to even move in, in the hot and humid summer heat. They were on cedar shavings for a long time and as a result, their liver values are very high. They are now in foster care recovering. Cedar shavings have very dangerous chemicals in them and should not be used for any small animal bedding.
