His name started as Lefty because he has a big white spot on his left front leg. His name was changed to Stitch because he got into an altercation with his brother before they came to foster care and he had to have a stitch on his nose.

Stitch is a great young man, he turned 2 in August! He’s litter trained, eats well, and loves his hop time. He eats all kinds of fresh greens (romaine hearts, carrots, broccoli, etc.), likes a variety of hay and timothy cubes.

He loves to greet you in the morning - and is excited to come out for a tasty banana. He's a cute little beggar for a good treat. Stitch will run and hop with excitement if you are hanging out with him while he gets some exercise, but tends to head back to his exercise pen when no one is watching him. His foster mom has found that he is more of an early riser and late evening kinda guy - and he's most active and personable during those times. Stitch is a nosy bunny, and wants to scoot into places he's not supposed to be as soon as a door opens, playing hide and seek until he's swooshed out.

He is not a chewer, preferring instead to dig his cardboard. He can shred a box like a champ and loves to play in a few empty ones. He will sit for nail trims and grooming, and he enjoys his kisses and cuddles. But like many rabbits, he’s happiest on the floor doing his investigations. He’s just like a kid getting grandma love - tolerant, but happy when he’s released!

He doesn’t mind the family cat - he thinks he's the boss of the house cat now - but he’s picky about his rabbit neighbors. Stitch will make a great solo bun where he can take over command and be king of his domain.
